Office Administrator & Executive Assistant

Director, Finance
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and having management responsibility for five direct reports, you will be responsible for the general accounting and bookkeeping functions for the entire organization; month and year-end consolidation procedures across over twenty companies and currencies, general monthly financial reporting in the local currency and the Canadian dollar; internal controls and accounting policies and procedures; overseeing the external audits of financial statements, the set-up and permissions of the accounting software and overall cashflow management and treasury approaches.
